Jim Banks joins The Hagerman Group

Jim Banks recently joined The Hagerman Group in their Fort Wayne office in the role of director of business development.

Banks was just elected to an at-large Whitley County Council post and owns a public affairs firm, The Wabash Group LLC, which ran Greg Zoeller’s successful 2008 Attorney General campaign.

A graduate of Indiana University with a degree in political science, Banks is a Future 40 Award recipient, a member of Columbia City Rotary and Whitley County’s representative on the Northeast Indiana Regional Workforce Development Board.

For over 50 years The Hagerman Group has been building in Whitley County. Hagerman constructed the Whitley City-County Building and is construction manager of the new Parkview Whitley Hospital, both in Columbia City.

The Hagerman Group is a general contractor and construction manager founded in 1908 with offices in Fort Wayne, Indianapolis and Lafayette . Comprised of Hagerman Construction, Hagerman Inc. and GDH, the firm offers general contracting, construction management, design-build and green building services in addition to masonry, concrete and carpentry self-performance capabilities.
