Part-Time Administrative Assistant

Are you interested in helping to restore and preserve our lakes, streams, and watershed now and for future generations? The Tippecanoe Watershed Foundation is seeking a qualified applicant for a part-time Administrative Assistant position (12-15 hours per week) to help with data entry, meeting minutes, maintaining records, coordinating meetings and special events, and correspondence. The applicant should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be computer literate with email, Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and QuickBooks (preferred). Part-Time Physical Therapist – Parkview Whitley Hospital

Must be a graduate of an accredited school with a minimum degree of a BS in Physical Therapy. MS, MHS, or entry-level MS degree is optional. Part-Time Medical Sonographer for physican’s office.

8 hrs. per week from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Operates Diagnostic ultrasound equipment and produces images of various organs and body parts.  Associate of Science degree in a health care related field and completion of an ultrasound training program;  OR Successful completion of a two year ultrasound training program;  OR Associate of Science degree in a health care related field.  Previous experience in Ultrasound is desirable.  CPR certification.  Valid certification for ultrasound with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers, or be registry eligible and obtain valid certification within twenty-four months of graduation from an approved ultrasound training program or completion of approve cross training.  Ability and knowledge of imaging the anatomical structures and differentiating this from artifacts.  Must be able to lift 75 pounds; 150 pounds shared lifting.  Must be able to push a 400 pound ultrasound machine 1000 yards to perform mobile ultrasound procedure. $19.33 - $29.00. Days Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Responsible for assisting with patient care in a Physician's Office.  Must be a high school graduate or the equivalent with GED.
